Hello,

I can understand your concern. Vestibular Pappilomatosis is considered harmless and is ignored of its presence unless it causes discomfort or other symptoms to the patient.

However, as you are experiencing bleeding in it and other discomfort, I would advise you to visit your gynecologist and go for simple surgical excision of the growth.

The prognosis is excellent after the surgical excision amd it does not recur.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Let me know if you have follow up questions.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
