Suggest Treatment For Warm Sensation From Arm To Leg With Numbness

I have been having this warming sensation on the right side of my body. It has been occasional for about 2 months. At first it was the whole right side of my body (not my head). It was from the tips of my fingers throughout my arm and down my leg and foot. The most recent episodes have only been in my right hand and throughout that arm. It last around 40 minutes. It feels warm and tingly and slightly numb. Almost like the blood is rushing to this area of my body. What could this be?
