Suggest Treatment For Wart Like Growth On Finger

I have a growth on my finger (looks like dead skin) that I thought was a wart. It is on the side of my nail. I treated it as a wart for a few weeks and attempted to apply a wart remover, but it hasn t gone away. The skin around it appears to crust and dry out. If I pick at it and try to pull it off, it typically peels off like dead skin or bleeds. If it peels off, it grows back. I would like to get rid of it once and for all...

Hello,

It could be wart like benign lesion over skin caused by human papilloma virus. I suggest you get rid of it by liquid nitrogen Or simple excision. You can attach photo of lesion here with to guide you further. You can consult dermatologist for this procedure.
