Suggest Treatment For Wart On Cheek

Doctor, I have developed a wart on my cheek . It has lasted for last few years. Previously such warts have dropped off, but this one is persistent. It is painless, but I feel odd and conscious of having it. I have used aloe vera juice but no avail. Please suggest a remedy.

Treatment for warts:
Liquid nitrogen to freeze the wart off.
Prescription-strength salicylic acid applied at home to get rid of the wart.
Laser or surgery to cut the wart off.
Topical immune system stimulants such as squaric acid, which is applied to the skin for several weeks to help fight the virus that causes the wart.
better you consult dermatologist for safe treatment
