Suggest Treatment For Warts And Ingrown Hair

I have a spot in my scalp that has bothered me for all of two years; about the size of my little finger tip. I had a dermatologist look at it; she biopsied it (which was deep and really hurt by the way); and, look again when it came back. Told it is not cancer, nothing to be removed, and it s a picker because I won t leave it alone. I do peel the hard, tough skin off the spot because it feels like a wart; like there is something in there - like a thorn, sliver, ingrown hair - she says no. I ve tried creams, salves, essential oils - driving me nuts!
