Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your father is having obstruction to the lacrimal drainage system most probably in the form of dacryocystitis resulting in watering from the eyes.
The definitive treatment is by by dacryocystorhinostomy surgery.
The open surgery called as external approach is gold standard one and is associated with good results but it is time consuming surgery. Hence first he can go for simpler laser surgery which is fast and if the recurs, he can go for external surgery.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you
