Suggest Treatment For Watery Diarrhea And Vomiting
I m on a business trip in Las Vegas. Within an hour of eating lunch I started to feel very ill. Soon I was vomiting and having very watery diarrhea. I also am experiencing chills. I feel better than I did initially but, at 5-1/2 hours post meal had my third round. I have been trying to sip water to avoid dehydration. I m scheduled to catch a plane back home tomorrow mid-morning. I m assuming I have some food poisoning aggravated by IBS. Should I even think about getting on a plane tomorrow or am I stuck.
