Suggest Treatment For Watery Eyes For A Person With A History Of Lymphoma

Hi, recently my right eye has begun to tear for no reason. It doesn t itch nor is it red. I haven t injured it in any way. My left eye is fine, but my right tears constantly to the point that if I m looking down, tears will fall to the ground as if I were crying. I am a 61 year old male with a history of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. I am not diabetic. Thank you for taking the time to read my query.
