Suggest Treatment For Watery Eyes In Infants

Hello Doctor, My grand daughter 3 years old has some eye problem, watering eyes and we went to an eye clinic and the following is the result. Can you please tell me is it serious and should she wear an eye glass at this age. DV- RE- CYL- 0.50, AXIS -174, VA 20/?, LE- CYL-1.00, AXIX 23, VA -20/?

watering is epiphora. it may be incomplete canalization. massage on nasal side above punctum and antibiotic drop may help. or else punctum dilatation and syringing under GA to be done. for refractory error she has to go for specs.you can have a refraction repeated.
