Suggest Treatment For Watery Eyes

Hi I'm having a problem with my left eye it continuously waters and I don't know how to make it stop. I thought it might have something to do with the soap I use but I made sure not to let it get into my eye and it just keeps watering. Is there something I can use to make it stop?

It is epiphora. tear is supposed to drain through punctum nasolacrimal duct to nasal cavity. if due to some reason the passage is blocked the tear will flow out to face.Punctum dilatation and syringing will clear the passage and stop epiphora.
