Suggest Treatment For Watery Vaginal Discharge

Dear Doctor i have a problem of watery discharge ( i thought it was urine) from vagina and sometimes blood. when i went to gynac he has prescribed tablets for urine control and asked me to wash vagina and pour betadine soln. however there is no improvement. is there any home remedy for this?
