Suggest Treatment For Weak Bones And Constant Headache

hi...... sir, my name is karan,,,,, i used ciplactin and dexona tablet to gain weight before 5 year and 2 month only and after stop taking this medicine i felt tired only but it is getting worse i feel extremely tired all the time and constant headaches and week bones,,,,,, i can t sleep more than 2 to 3 hour at night because of feeling thirsty ...... can you please tell me sir what should i do now ?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You have history of dexomethasone steroid intake....

Chronic use can lead osteoporosis, myopathy ,insomnia and mood swing like problem...

So you have steroid side effects according to history and so feeling weakness and lack of sleep..

Check your blood calcium level and HB estimation as well...
They should be corrected if abnormal result.

After drug stoppage if symptom continued detail work up done like blood pressure measurement, CRP estimation, search for chronic inflammation/infection , tension headache etc....

Advise : physician consultation for examination...
