My mother lives with me, she is 88 years old and had a stroke in December last year. She is pretty in-active, uses a walker in the house all the time. Needs help bathing. Eats very little... She's in danger of becoming dehydrated if she doesn't drink plenty of electrolyte rich fluids like juices and Gatorade, and, were I her doctor, I would send a stool sample for microscopic and culture and sensitivities to see if she needs a course of antibiotics for the diarrhea
