Suggest Treatment For Weakness, Feverish Feeling, Loss Of Appetite, And Yellow Stool When Bilirubin Is Elevated And Fluctuating

Total bilirubin is 1.84, direct bilirubin is 0.93, and indirect bilirubin is 0.91. my bilirubin is fluctuating and sgot 24 sgpt 36 .i done sonography the reports are normal there is 16 cm swelling to liver and done hepatitis all test are also normal. and urine test also normal. i didn t understand what to do because i feel weakness feel feverish and loss of appetite, yellow stool and my urine is normal in color. Suggest me which test should i do please.
