Suggest Treatment For Weakness In Joints

Hi Doctor, I mastrubate since i was 14 years !! eveytime i mastrubate i feel a great weakness in joints & in my knee.& if i dont mastrubate for 3 days i feel no weakness in my joints or knee. so what should i do while i cant stop mastrubation..thanxx in advance. regards RinhO
