Suggest Treatment For Weakness In Leg

hi doc... 2 years ago i got problem in my right testical. it got big and i got very much pain .... i go to doctor and they give me medicine .. that medicine made it smalle. he told me to come back after a week but i didnt . now it is still smal . i m shy to go to doctor . i feel weekness in my right leg . can u tell me anything or anything which can help me out
