General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your query.
* The compressed nerve in neck is usually due to cervical spondylitis.. This causes pain/ weakness in the parts supplied by the affected nerve.
* the pain in your leg in night may be due to weakness/ calcium deficiency/ lumber spondilitis.
You need general investigations like CBC, BP check up,blood glucose, s. calcium, Xray spine, complete neurological examination.
Please consult an orthopedic doctor/ nuro physicain to assess you r case.
Thanks.
