General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Do physical exercises like swimming and jogging. Most probably it is due to sedentary life after the surgery.
Do a thyroid function test also because hypothyroidism can cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
