Suggest Treatment For Weight Gain And Fatigue While Having Adrenal Tumor

An adrenal mass of unknown behavior was discovered three years ago. I have it checked once a year and it has been okay. I have had a significant increase in weight. Fatigue does not even explain how tired I am. My Metanephrine, Pl is high at 68, Cortisol - am is low at 3.3, Iron Bind. Cap (TIBS) L at 248, alkaline Phospatase, s high at 129, Vitamin D, 25 - Hydroxy low at 21.3. What the heck is going on?

The weight gain seems to be secondary to low cortisol which will provoke more release of gonadotropic stimulating hormone from hypothalamus and secondary changes through that.
