Suggest Treatment For Weight Gain, Fatigue And Increased Urination

Hi have had a change in my health over the past few months and cannot really defiene it. weight gain. bloating. hungry. increased urination . metal mouth taste. fatigue. I do mild excersise 4 times a week. am eating healthier than ever. Have had a deviated septum repaired 8 months ago.
