Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss And Cool Sensation In The Extremities

I am 54 and have lost about 60 pounds over the past 2 years. I exercise regularly and am in great physical shape. However, I get cold really easily. My palms are often very cold and my nose gets cold often as well. My feet usually get cold during these times. I have to add an extra layer or two (more than others would do in my physical condition) to try to stay warm. This does not seem normal. I am on a Statin drug and baby aspirin for my heart. Is this anything to be concerned about? Is there anything I can do to warm my body temp?
