Hello, im merely sixteen years old and as tall as a fourth grader, I m four feet ten inches tall, my weight is 47 kgs, and as an ideal weight im supposed to be down at only 34-36 kgs, however i find that losing 13 kgs is a struggle, i feel i can build muscle very very easily but not lose any fat? Ive been eating healthier cutting out snacks and incorporating whole grains since months ago but have strictly bind my self to it four weeks ago and yet not a single kg is lost. I want to lose a kg by the end of every week for atleast eight weeks. Please give advice

- In a glass of luke warm water add half a lime and a tea spoon of honey and consume every hour for atleast 8-9 times daily for one month
