Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Runny Nose Along With Recurring Fever

I have wheezing in L lung and feel like its not expanding fully. I have a deep cough and great difficulty bringing up sputum, there is lots of it. My nose runs too. I have experienced fever off and on. I have been diagnosed in the past with asthma but never had an attack like this. What is going on? Marilyn

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having asthmatic-bronchitis producing wheezing and productive cough.
Go for x-ray chest for having acute infection,
Complete blood checking with TC, DC, ESR, eosinophil count.
After reports go for treatment suggested by your doctor.
Do deep breathing exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
