Dear patient
You are having all signs and symptoms of bronchial asthma. Wheezing and cough that improves with nebulization is typical sign of bronchial asthma. I would like to advise chest Xray posterior view to rule out infection. Start nebulization with salbutamol plus ipratropium combination three times a day for relief. You need to consult expert chest physician and get yourself examined. All the best.
