Suggest Treatment For Wheezing With Stomach Retractions
How soon does kidpred start acting? My 4 yr old boy was having an active wheeze with stomach retractions, 30-40 breathes per min...i have nebulised him with levolin and ipravent in intervals as prescribed by his doc. I hav also given him kidpred? How soon will it start acting, as an hr after taking kidpred too the stomach retractions haven t fully subsided...also does kidpred have any major side effects...The last time he took this med was more than 1 yr ago...

I really appreciate your concern, kidpred is steroid and it need to be given with great care under the guide line of doctor, it may start acting very soon even given orally but it is not the matters but side effects are matters, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
