Suggest Treatment For White Bumps Appearing On The Labia

ever since I went thru the change,, I ve been getting these white bumps on my labia, every once in while, one will get sort of infected, with little pressure on it, it will open and drain,, I ve mentioned this to my dr when I would have a pap done, she just didn t address what was causing it. what can be done to get rid of them..
