hi i have had these tiny little white bumps on my inner upper lip which become raw anpain ful wastold it wasyeast had a swabof lip done 3 xs said yeast doc gave me nystatn used it but it didnt go away now there trying to say smoking can u please give me any advice
I can understand your concern. As the swab culture diagnosed presence of yeast, there cannot be any doubt that you are indeed suffering from fungal infection.
However, it seems that topical antifungal agent is not enough to cure the infection and you need systemic antifungal agents. You should start taking Fluconazole 100 mg (Fole) once a day for 10 days. It should clear up the infection.
I would also recommend you to refrain from smoking for faster healing of the infection and maintain good oral hygiene.
