Suggest Treatment For White Dots On Penis

Hi, I am getting some white stuff on the head of my penis and it is building up towards the back of the head in the form of white dots. I try and clean it every day but it keeps coming back. Just wondering if there is an over the counter cream I can buy so I don t need to go to the doctor.

Hello,

If you can clean the white stuff. It can be smegma, fungal infection, if you had recently unprotected, can be due to STI- Gonorrhea, and chlamydia.

If you can able to wipe it can be due to Lichen planus - Pemphigus – its autoimmune disease can be diagnosed by Blood investigation.

Seeing your doctor in person and undergoing blood investigation as early as possible will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
