Suggest Treatment For White Lumps In Vaginal Discharge

hello, recenty i have experienced white lumps in my discharge which is like tissue, i was due on my period the week after. and now i am on and it is the same but with red lumps. what was the cause of this? how can i stop it? im not very confident and dont want to tell my mum or see a doctor.
