Suggest Treatment For White Patch In Mouth And Bump Inside Lip

i am 28 years old i have had a bump on my lip in the top inside doestnt hurt or anything it has been there for months looks like it might have got a little bigger iam always getting sores in my mouth riht now i also have a white patch of stuff in my mouth

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms the lump on the inside of top lip that is persistent for months seems to be a mucocele which is a mucous cyst and is formed by either due to obstruction or rupture of the duct of the minor salivary glands present over the inner aspect of the lip..
It is not harmful but if it is persistent then consulting an Oral Physician and getting evaluated and in case if it is Mucocele surgical removal has be be done..
As of now do concentrated salt water gargles as it helps in shrinkage of the mucocele..

The white patch like stuff inside mouth is most commonly due to fungal infection known as Oral Thrush or Candidiasis..
Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and for thrush you can be advised to gargle with Nystatin mouthwash and suck on Clotrimazole lozenges.
Take more of Probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic and it will help in faster clearing of fungus.
Drink plenty of water..
