Hi,

As you said you have white patches on skin of foot and fingers. It may be vitiligo. There may be asymptomatic depigmented patches on the skin. It is autoimmune skin disease of unknown cause. There may be genetic influence also. You might recover after continuous and regular treatment.

Psoralen containing tablets,psoralen containing lotion or cream,PUVA therapy, levamisole tab, tacrolimus oint,pimecrolimus cream, UVB Narrow band therapy..etc may be cosidered. You consult dermatologist. In your area there may be many dermatologists. You may contact Dr. M Tariq Iqbal practicing in shahbazaar area in aurangabad. I hope you got my answer.
