Suggest Treatment For White Patches On The Wrists

Sorry about the question on a weekend after hours. Here I thought doctors no longer made house calls. I have white patches inside my wrists and now appearing on the inside of my elbows. They are vaguely itchy from time to time and seem to be increasing. Additionally, they are slightly bumpy. Anything to stop this?

Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and I recommend you apply an steroid cream 3 times a day, antihistamines pills 3 times a day (OTC) for 7-10 days and vitamins supplements if the lesions persist you need go to the doctor for an evaluation, keeping the area clean and fresh will be great.I hope that my advice has been helpful, regards
