Suggest Treatment For White Pimples On Foreskin

I have white pimples on the for skin of my penis when I pull the for skin back they r visable idk what it is me and my wife dont have any type of std but I started getting these white pimples and they go away but then come back what can it be? Is it normal?

There are two main reasons of white pimples on the foreskin:

1. sebaceous cysts which occurs when skin pores become blocked and they are very common.

2. Hair follicle which looks like small bumps around the hair.

Both of them are completely normal.

Please note that you should not squeeze them because it can make them infected.
