Suggest Treatment For White Pimples On The Arm

I had something pop up on my arm tat looks like a large white pimple. I have no idea where it came from. No itching or stinging. I poked it to release the puss. It came back. With neosporin and bandaid on it came back and is turning red. Infected? Sounds dumb but I d feel better knowing what it is.

it might be a skin infection, like folliculitis. you can take antibiotics like tab ceftum 500 mg twice daily for 5 days. if it doesn't heal with this medications then just visit a dermatologist
