my male friend has been having issues with what was initially thought to be hemoroids. He now has white plague or wart like white spots around his anus in addition to a UTI and temperature of 100.3. The ER doc told him to see a dermatologist. But I think it s something more serious as it s been going on for several weeks. He has been told it is not fungal. What could this be? He been given the following for the white spots on his anus: nystatin but it did not work.
