Suggest Treatment For White Spot On Eyelid Along With Swelling And Discoloration

White spot on eye lid after getting hit Hi, I fought about 9 months ago and it was swollen and black color around my eye lids. after 4-5 months I got on one of my eye white spot under my right eye, I was wondering if you could help me on this problem, no pain but need to cure it. Thank you

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, there can be following reasons for the discoloration of the mentioned areas of the face.

- post traumatic hematoma formation
- unresolved hematoma after injury
- pigmentation issues through melanin
- uncontrolled diabetes
- developing vitiligo
- others

* Line of treatment depends upon the diagnosis , however following measures will help you

@ cleansing of face with fresh fruit face wash

@ avoid use of any commerical bleach

@ no cosmetics over face

@ control of blood sugar

@ local application of natvie cream

@ avoid exposure to direct sunlight or prolonged time period

@ prescription of steroid ointment depends upon the cause.
