Suggest Treatment For White Spots And Irritation On Vagina

hi im 15 and im 5 feet tall and weigh 106 lbs and i have no medical history for this situation but recently my vagina has been irritsting around the vagina hole and inner labia near the vagina hole and i was curious about what's wrong with me so i checked my clit because it feels like its sore like its bruised ? so i checked it and theres tiny white spots on it, what is wrong with me ?
