Suggest Treatment For White Spots On Labia Minora After Sing Shaving Powder

hi and thank for answering my question. I have got married a couple of months ago and I was virgin before marriage. There is no problem with my inner parts of vagina. and the pain gone after a couple of times having sex. My terrible problem is with my labia minora. To tell the truth, about one year and a half ago, i used a shaving powder for my vagina to remove the hair in that part. This powder is like shaving cream which is sold in my country but it is powder which should be mixed with hot water before using. I burnt myself with that powder and for some days I could see some white spots on my labia minors and my clit. and then I got better. Now after one year and a half, I can see that there is no feeling in my labia minors and it really hurts during sex. I feel something like sting in my labia minors and i don t feel anything good or pleasure when my husband touch that part and i avoid touching it. my question is: is there any possibility that i destroyed the sense and nerves in my labia minors for ever? can the nerves in that part be destroyed after burning? Can i have a normal sex again? please help I m really hopeless
