Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Thighs

Hello, I noticed white spots on my upper thighs a long time ago, but recently it has been spreading now to my lower thighs. Instead of a few white spots they are now in clusters. It Is on both legs, and I don t want it to spread anymore, but I don t know what it is. It is much more noticeable in person

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM
The condition you have described is called pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus.
I would recommend you 2 single dose of oral fluconazole 400mg with a gap of 15 days.
Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day.
Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
Maintain hygiene.
