Suggest Treatment For White Sticky Vaginal Discharge

I have irregular periods and always have. After giving birth to my first child i got on the depo shot. I got off the depo in the begining of may this year. I bled for a month and a half straight. I then started ovulation tests and ovulated the 15, 16, and 17th of August. I then had my period the end of august. I ovulated again on the 11, 12, 13th of this month and had unprotected sex. I have not had my period but have had a lot of white stringy discharge. I normally have it during ovulation but it has not stopped. Its more than normal. It doesnt smell or anything. No burning or itching just more discharge than normal. Today there was a speck of blood. But still no period. Didnt know if it could be pregnancy related. Been having cramps too but pregnancy came back negative yesterday 14 dpo.
