i have had thrush for 3 weeks now. i was presribed metronidazole x5 taken all at once and a caneston pessary and cream. and have also had flucanzole 1 per month for 3 months. but symptoms persist. iching, burning sensation and milky white discharge. the discharge has improved since first diagnoses when it was thick white. i am 51 in good health, have a underactive thyroid which is under control with lexothyroxine.
