Suggest Treatment For White Vaginal Discharge With Foul Smell

I have a lot of vaginal discharge, it is whitish/clear when it is wet and it dries white and hard in my underwear. It is uncomfortable because it feels that I have a wetness in my underwear all day. I have suffered from thrush a few times and treat it with cannesten cream and tablet. It does not smell strongly, it just smells of a sweaty sort of smell. Not nice though.
