Suggest Treatment For White Vaginal Discharge

Hi! I am 28 yrs old married women. From last few day i am having white discharge from vagina.the discharge is clear and sometime white in colour. I am really afraid about it. Is there any thing serious. what medication can i take for this? Please solve my query.
