Suggest Treatment For Winging Scapula

Hello , I am having major issuies with winging scapula for last 5years i tried evrything expect from surgery evryday im in major pains and i cant sleep more then 30min-2hrs per day.
Now im mainly curious as to were i can get a treatment for this in order to remove a large part or the whole bone if that is possible?
