Suggest Treatment For With Thick Cystic Sol In Ovaries With Irregular Menses Cycle

my daughter (25+, unmarried) has been suffering from irregular periods for the last three months. She went to Doctor and the Dr. advised her to do the tests viz. ultrasonographer, WBC, T4, TSH, ESR, Sugar Fasting, Prolactin, Hg. The results are as follows ;
Ultrasonography - Well outlined thick walled septet cystic sol seen in the Right adnexal region measuring 50x44x35 mm vol-40 ml possibly of ovarian region.
WBC-8800, T4-11.67, TSH-1.82, ESR-27, plasma Sugar Fasting-86, Prolactin-8.68, Hg-11.6.
Further Dr. has given the CA125 & BHCG test.
Is the problem is curable & would she able to be mother in future? please help we are very much anxious
