Suggest Treatment For With Ulcerative Colitis

I have a 11 month old son who is currently hospitalized. He weighs 15lbs 10oz and has been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and a Sucrose Intolerance. He is seeing a GI Specialist in Savannah, GA, but I m wondering if maybe he should be at a larger hospital that has more resourses for him. He s getting most of his nutrition through a feeding tube and his doctor is talking about giving him nutrition through an IV. In your opinion, should I try to have him admitted into a larger hospital?
