Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Citalopram
Hi there. I have been suffering with depression and anxiety for a few years and decided to come off citalopram one month a go. Since then I have been experiencing a low abdominal pain continuously, weight gain, serious bloating, diarhea, constipation, insomnia, palpitations and yellow vaginal discharge. Pain in stomach is really beginning to bother me feels like cramping. Is this normal side effects coming off anti depressants? Thanks

There are many withdrawal effects of Citalopram as:
- Dizziness
- Insomnia
- Uneasiness
- Headache
- Irritability
- Confusion
- Anxiety
- Others
The management requires low dose sedative hypnotic as melatonin or others.
