Melacare contains mometasone and hydroquinone. Mometasone is a steroid. Long-term use of topical steroid will cause skin atrophy and development of small blood vessels in your face. It is better to shift on other options.
Hydroquinone has some carcinogenic effects (cancer causing agent) when applied to skin for long time.
You can use
1.     Retino – A o.025% cream
2.     Elovera cream and
How to use??
Mix equal amount of these two creams on your palm, mix well, apply very gently on your face at bed time. Do not rub while applying and apply a very thin layer (small amount). Remember; mix only whilst ready to apply. Store both creams separately.
You can use these two creams for long time.
Retino – A makes you skin sensitive to sunlight. So use Spectraban sensitive sunscreen cream before exposure to sunlight. You can use other over the counter sunscreen available in the market.
Thanks
