Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Prednisone

I have been diagnosed with severe depression and am currently taking clonazepam, lymotrigine, and estalapram. I was resently was prescribed prednisone along with a antibotic for bronchitis that had to be extended for 4 weeks still not fully recovered. I had a lot of energy and so much clarity while on prednisone and now I have been off of it for about 4 days and feel extremely down. I really have no desire to do anything, but stay inside. Not sure what to do?

Prednisolone is a steroid and one should remember that steroid is always increased gradually and decreased gradually. So probably you need to taper yourself off from steroids.
