General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Structural changes in the brain can affect behavior but to determine if this the case for him, he would need a CT scan brain to see if there is any physical cause for his symptoms.

He would also need counselling to help deal with any issues that may be bothering or affecting him.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
